About Me

I bring a wealth of experience from my roles as a classroom teacher, special education teacher, enrichment teacher, social worker and counselor. My personal connection to Type 1 Diabetes, with two of my children managing the disease, drives my commitment to Breakthrough T1D. I also serve community organizations such as Seacoast Family Promise, New Generation, and Mercy Church. I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults to support their emotional, social, and work/life balance needs.

"Cindy greatly helped our teenage daughter who was struggling with issues like anxiety, friendships, and self-image. Our daughter was also wrestling with how to integrate her faith into these areas, and Cindy encouraged her, seeing our child as a whole person. We could not be more grateful for how she has helped our family!"

"Cindy is the first counselor to make me feel seen and heard. I am so thankful for her guidance."
